This incredible property is set over five floors and offers a great selection of living spaces, including a games room with 50’ smart TV with soundbar, games console and games, table football and dartboard, selection of books and board games, a cinema room with 65’ smart TV with soundbar and sub-woofer, DVD player, and a handy cloakroom. The ground floor also offers a sitting room with 50’ smart TV with soundbar, kitchenette, mini fridge, whilst on the lower ground floor you will find a wet room, as well as a utility with boot room, catering to your laundry needs. The kitchen rests on the first floor and is home to an incredible selection of amenities, and a dining room which seats twenty-two guests. When sleep calls, there are eleven tasteful bedrooms to choose from, each with storage for your belongings and en-suite options. On the ground floor you will find a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, two singles, plus a ground-floor shared shower room for your refreshment. On the first floor further bedrooms include a bunk room and king-size, serviced by a bathroom. The second floor sports a super-king-size with amazing sea views and a handy en-suite walk-in shower, basin, towel rail and WC, 1 x family room with king-size and single, 1 x Bathroom, as well as a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Morecambe has two large live music venues, the Platform and the Hothouse. Don’t forget to visit the Eric Morecambe Statue, which looks out across the promenade, and the Tern Project, a series of public art installations inspired by the birdlife of Morecambe Bay. Families can enjoy Happy Mount Park, where family-friendly attractions compliment the atmosphere of peace and tranquillity of a traditional park.     It is only a short walk into the town, so the location is excellent. There is room for 4 cars at the rear and plenty of on-road parking with the option of carpark at the rear of the accommodation. The views from the front facing rooms are outstanding and having breakfast in the superior room whilst looking across the bay into the Lake District was heavenly. The owners have obviously invested a lot of money in the place, and every room is decorated to an exceptionally high standard. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and device you will need. They have an amazing games room and cinema room that you could end up spending hours in and a fantastic dining room that can be used as focal point for any group gathering. The host contacted me before we arrived and made sure that we had all of the info we would need to make our stay enjoyable and hassle free. He then sent us an electronic guide which I thought was a really good idea. We had a fantastic weekend there and my only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. If you are reading this, and are in any doubt...book it! You will not regret it.

    The home is beautifully presented. Games rooms was great adults and the kids loved it. Convenient parking at the rear. Weather wasn't great during our short stay, but we all were able to keep entertained within the home. Host was very informative, and checking in detail were easy to follow. Really well thought out property layout.
