The host was friendly and did what they could to be helpful but in the end we were still left without heating and hot water for most of our stay. The only heater that worked was electric and caused several power cuts when used. Bedding in the main bedroom had a stain on it. Place is also advertised as having acces to an indoor pool. Upon arrival we found out for 1 adult and 3 kids it would cost £84 to use so it just wasnt worth the cost in the end.

Lovely little caravan, very clean and comfortable. We travelled as a family of 5.The little games in the livingroom were a nice touch! The weather was lovely whilst we visited so didnt spend as much time in the van. Decking was lovely to have, outdoor furniture a bit rusty but thats the joys of british weather, it was clean and functional.Lots of cooking ammenities in terms of pots, pans, a mixer and even an omlette maker. although would like to have had some vegetable knifes. The wifi password is on the fire extinguisher on a sticker. We didnt see this until leaving so didn't actually use it 🤣 although wouldve been handy as phone signal wasnt great - would maybe suggest to owners to move the sticker onto the unit next to the thermostat? Shower was great, really nice temperatures on it and very powerful. We had a small issue with the sink blocking as we were cleaning to leave but we messaged Andrew who answered promplty and was going to sort it.The only thing we struggled with was storage in the bedrooms, some more hangers would be ideal and lack of drawers/cabinets in the bedrooms was a little difficult as we were staying for 10 days with 5 people. Morecambe town is minutes away. Blackpool and windermere are about 45 mins away and cheshire oaks is about an hour and a half but well worth a visit.Would definitely reccomend

Very nice break and home was fine. Just one small point, there was no info on how things work, wi-fi or rubbish arrangements. Just a couple of pages explaining would be good, But otherwise a nice break
