Plenty to do in the local area even on wet days. The village of Scorton itself is small but with 3 lovely cafes. The walk to Nicky Nook followed by paddle boarding, all in the village, was a fab day! The cottage itself was beautiful and full of character but also very comfortable and with everything you would need. It was perfect for our 2 families.

The house is very well equipped, spacious and owner Paul was very helpful in communicating with us before we arrived. Scorton is a very pleasant village with lots of facilities and in a good location for visiting the surrounding area. We would certainly book it again.
