Located within the extensive grounds of a larger estate this superb, single-level, detached property comes complete with hot tub and was beautifully renovated throughout in 2021. Boasting impressive, uninterrupted views to the front, it provides the perfect opportunity to relax at a country hideout, with both the convenience of nearby village amenities and the Fylde Coast within easy reach. Once inside you’ll find three good-sized, comfortable bedrooms and a spacious open plan living/dining area that opens up onto the stunning grounds. Outside you can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and on the terrace whilst taking in the peaceful surroundings.
The small village of Elswick is set between the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the beautiful Fylde Coast. You’ll find two food serving pubs and an established ice cream parlour, all of which are around a 15-minute walk from the property. Further amenities can be found in the market towns of Kirkham and Poulton-Le-Fylde which are around a 15-minute drive and home to ample places to eat and drink, together with a vibrant nightlife.
The Fylde coastal resorts of Blackpool, Lytham, St Annes and Cleveleys can be reached in around a 20-minute drive and between them is much to see and do. In wonderfully cosmopolitan Lytham there is a variety of bars, cafés, boutique shops and restaurants, and in St Annes you will find a beautiful sandy beach with colourful beach huts. The area is internationally famous for golf and the towns also host various events throughout the year, including the Lytham Proms and St Annes Kite Festival. Blackpool needs little introduction with its many attractions including the famous tower, Madame Tussauds Waxworks, the Sealife Centre, Pleasure Beach and Blackpool Zoo. For a change of scenery the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is much loved for its stunning countryside and picturesque villages, can be reached in about half an hour. An hour’s drive can take you to the Lake District or city centres of both Manchester and Liverpool. Beach 9½ miles.

All I can say is WOW what a beautiful place Poole summer house is amazing, love the relaxing atmosphere sitting in the garden to have breakfast with only the sound of the birds amazing! Karl the owner is very helpful. I will be definitely returning

what a wonderful cottage everything is perfect, the cottage is equipped with everything you could need so beautifully decorated. The grounds are gorgeous this really is a gem. Would 100% go back and would defiantly recommend.

We arrived home yesterday from another perfect beautiful stay. We was so sad to be leaving. We spent 6 days together as a family, spending quality time together. This was our 2nd time staying at Hoole Summer House and it wont be the last. Karl (owner) is a lovely man, who will always help if needed. The house is fully equiped with everything you need. Thankyou for letting us know about the baby deer, at least we got to see its little bushy tail before it ran off into the fields. The new comfortable couch was a perfect new added touch. From start to finish it was perfect, so relaxing and just what we needed with pur busy work schedules. We will definately be back for a third time
