Hen House View offers a magnificent open-plan, single-story design with high-quality finishes throughout. Consists of two semi-detached properties, both with a mirror image of each other.

Both holiday homes consist of three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a snug room with an additional sofa bed. The living area has been designed with a social setting in mind, open-plan to the dining room and kitchen this really is the heart of the home. With two sumptuous sofas, a Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the stunning views of Lancashire. A fully fitted kitchen awaits you with a spacious space to prepare your home-cooked meals. A dining table can be found here, or why not try a local restaurant or takeout? The kitchen has been fitted with a dishwasher meaning there’s plenty more time to enjoy your evening!
Hen House Views both sleep up to eight guests each across three generously sized bedrooms with one twin room and two double rooms, all with en-suite shower facilities. All bedrooms benefit from plenty of storage for clothes, sink down into your cosy beds and enjoy a good night’s rest ready for the day ahead! An additional sofa bed can be found in the snug, benefitting from the same floor-to-ceiling view as the living area, making it a perfect place to wake up after a great night’s sleep! A family bathroom can also be found benefitting from a bath, low-level toilet, and pedestal wash hand basin. A separate utility room can be found housing a washing machine and dryer, a great place to store your coats and muddy boots too! Allocated outdoor space can be found at the rear of the property, please note the properties are both set within 30 acres of land, however please ensure you stay within the boundaries of the house.

We loved our few nights stay at Hen House View 2! This is a stunning property with stunning views. There was plenty of space and I really like that all bedrooms had en-suites as I am not a fan of sharing bathrooms.I found the beds comfortable. It was a very nice touch to have a small bottle of milk in the fridge, cake/biscuits on the side and sugar etc….thank you :) There were plenty of plates, cups, mugs and cutlery to use. Was also great to have two ovens and only noticed the 2nd fridge freezer towards the end of the stay. The are just a few minor things stopping me from rating this 5 star.- Although, the property was generally clean, there were some areas such as the toilet top, bathroom sink and ledge below this that were dusty. -It would be nice to have small bottles of shower gel in the bathrooms. - A slightly higher quality bin that does not need to be touched would be nice. -Lastly, I’m not sure if we missed this, however there didn’t seem to be many kitchen utensils such as tongs etc. These may all seem minor, however I fee would help bump this up to a 5 star experience. We would definitely stay at Hen House View again and already looking at when we may be able to book :)

Beautiful setting, spacious and well designed. We are a large family and all our needs were met and more. Definitely would recommend. Close to amenities and hosts friendly and very helpful.

We had a fabulous time at your home - Hen house view 2 . What a lovely holiday house with a stunning view ! 4 nights gone so quick. Clean and well equipped. Large open plan kitchen/diner with a stunning view, where we spent most of the time. Close to shops and Tesco supermarket for emergency food for children . Relaxing peaceful stay. Definitely 5 stars .
