This beautiful detached bungalow can be found in the Lancashire countryside village of Hambleton, where locally you’ll find a pub serving food, farm shop, grocery store and takeaway. Boasting its own private hot tub and barbecue hut, it makes the most perfect base for couples, friends and small families, no matter what time of year.
The open-plan living space is sociable by design and has French doors opening out onto the enclosed garden, meaning you can relax with the little ones in the warm summer months. On the ground floor you’ll also find a double bedroom and shower room, with the second bedroom uniquely being located on the vaulted galleried level above the living space. The accommodation is warm, bright and airy, and really does make a superb home from home. Behind the garden is a small holding and working stable yard so you may see or hear some equine activity adding to that countryside experience.
Just past Hambleton is the cosmopolitan market town of Poulton-le-Fylde, where you’ll find plenty of shops, places to eat and a vibrant nightlife. The beautiful Fylde Coast, including Thornton-Cleveleys, with its old fashioned charm and promenade, Fleetwood, with the Affinity Lancashire outlet village, and both Lytham and St Annes are all between a 15-30 minute drive. There’s also of course the many attractions of Blackpool, including the famous tower and ballroom, zoo, Pleasure Beach, Sea Life Centre and Madame Tussaud’s.
Aside from being accessible for the coast, the location is also well-placed for exploring rural Lancashire. The Ribble Valley, Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks can all be reached in around an hour.

An absolutely stunning property in a very good location to get about. Ferndale was spotlessy clean and very well equipped with a great hot tub and inside sausage hut 🛖. Also a perfect nice gesture from the hosts by leaving us some bread, milk and cereals. Absolutely loved our stay didnt want to leave and would highly recommend
