Early check-in at 2pm is available at this site but must be booked and paid for at least 1 week prior to arrival. Due to the fact that lodges need to be cleaned and hot tubs drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest has vacated, check-in time is strictly 3pm onwards at this site unless an early check-in has been booked prior to arrival".
There will be that routine grounds maintenance being undertaken on the lakes to remove reeds growing in the lakes. This will be undertaken in all the lakes on site and should not affect your stay in any way apart from the slight noise of the machinery on site.

Lodge was super and stunning views. Ducks and swans were a bonus. Downside was we did reach out regarding the striped towels that were stated in the welcome back which is supplied for the hot tub, we didn’t receive this and our message and phone call was not answered. We arrived on the Monday and reached out about this on the Tuesday and haven’t heard anything and our stay is over. That was disappointing as we did only have 2 towels for 3 guests for the bath/shower, and hot tub. Everything else was great!

Third stay at this beautiful location.Family of 3 and our Chow Chow.Lodge spotless on arrival, welcome pack including all essentials, Tea, coffee, milk, washing tablets and liquid.Welcome pack for our pet included a toy, treats and bags.Calm quiet location overlooking a lake with a nesting Swan, lots of other wildlife around the grounds.Local amenities within walking distance, 2 pubs, a takeaway and a convenience store.Hot tub was clean and perfect temperature, room within the lodge was spacious and well thought out when planning.The small touches make the whole experience better than expected.We will return and would recommend to anyone looking or a quite break at a beautiful location.
