Beach View is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its spaciousness, stunning sea views, and comfortable furnishings. Guests appreciate the flexible bed arrangements, the property's cleanliness, and the convenient location near shops, public transport, and the beach. The owner's responsiveness and a welcome pack add to the positive experience, although there is a mention of the bathrooms needing more attention.

The property is generally described as spotlessly clean, with one review suggesting the bathrooms could benefit from a deeper clean. Overall, the high standard of cleanliness contributes positively to the guests' experiences.

The location is highly praised for its sea views, proximity to local shops, public transport, and the beach, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the house spacious, contributing to a relaxing stay. The property's ability to cater to different family dynamics with flexible bed arrangements is also appreciated.

The house is well-equipped with all necessary facilities, including a huge fridge and additional freezer. However, there is a mention of a shower head needing replacement, indicating some room for improvement in maintenance.

The owner's thoughtfulness is evident through the provision of a welcome pack and personal contact. While such gestures are highly valued, guests should note that these are not guaranteed for every stay.

The location is perfect for both the local high street/amusements/beach and for trips into Blackpool. The house itself was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed, and there was a lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was lovely too, checking how we wanted the beds set up before arrival, and that everything was ok when we got there. If we holiday in the area again we will 100% come back to beach view.

Bathrooms could do with a deep clean and a new shower head in the downstairs bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble regarding the zip links. The photos on the website don't do it any justice and we will definately be staying again.

It is in a very convenient location for shops, pubs, buses, trams etc. The views from the property are fantastic! The owner provided a very kind welcome pack and contacted us on arrival to check everything was ok.
