Lovely spacious bungalow very comfortable and clean .well equipped with every thing you need. Maybe some basic information would be useful left like when the dust bins go out and which dustbin is for what. But overall great place, nice area for dog, with pubs, park and shops are nearby.Would recommend.

We had a lovely visit to Wharfdale Cottage. What a cozy and comfortable space! Really comfy beds, beautifully decorated throughout, a modern kitchen kitted out with everything you might need and a nice garden to sit in the sun. We will definitely stay again!

Wharfedale lodge is a nicely designed bungalow with 3 good sized bedrooms and a large kitchen/diner.Unfortunately it suffers from damp ,as there are dehumidifiers in most rooms and noticeable signs of damp around windows. The shower room has missing tiles around the window and the extractor fan cover fell off on the first night exposing the wiring, managed to replace cover, albeit tentatively. The property has a number of appliances in the kitchen area as one would expect, however the operating instructions were not available for the induction hob, nor the electric Beko oven. These should be place in a predominant position for the hirers of the property. These should property was lovely and cosy, but again no instructions were left for the central heating schedule etc.Overall I would say this property need a damp proof course doing asap as there is an overwhelming musty smell apparent when we first opened the door on day 1 of our stay, this is not what renters would expect especially when we had guests coming for Xmas day .I would not rent this property again as it needs work carrying out and is overpriced for what it is.
