Please Note: Due to this meticulous process, especially during peak times, your hot tub may take until 5pm on arrival day to reach the perfect temperature. Park does not accept dogs that are on the dangerous dogs list, all others are accepted so long as kept on a lead at all times and are not left in the accommodation un-supervised.
There is a car registration recognition barrier in place at the park entrance, please ensure you contact the park in advance to advise your registration number.
Towels are not provided, please remember to take your own.
In Hive and Hive Pet accommodations bedding is NOT provided. Please remember to bring your own duvets, pillows, towels and sheets.
Please note this Park is approximately 25 miles away from Blackpool
Please be aware the Riverside Café & Shop takes cash. The Riverside Bar only takes credit/debit card.
Please be advised Platinum 2 and Platinum 3 are available for check in from 3pm onwards.
Due to on-going building works, there may be slight noise disruption mostly affecting the Glamping area until the 4th July 2023.

When an adult orders something with the 'Kids Eat Free' symbol, the child can pick something from the kids eat free menu, free of charge

It’s the best lodge/van we’ve ever stayed in!! I was over the moon when we stepped in.I don’t recall things like dishwashers and definitely not a washer dryer being listed on the booking so that was a nice surprise! All the appliances were so clean and modern, literally come with everything you needed! Flatscreen was incredible size, love the led lighting around the media unit. The size of the rooms was amazing!! Loved that we had a walk in wardrobe and an ensuit, the dressing gowns, slippers, all these little touches was amazing and really made the holiday. Only little thing I didn’t like however was everything was so gorgeous and modern.. the random picnic bench on our decking was very out of place, seriously seriously old and battered, burnt in places and very uncomfortable to sit on we only had 2 of the rattan style chairs but they didn’t come with cushions, we need our next door neighbours had a lovely full set of rattan chairs matching glass table and cushions so maybe loose the bench and just replace with a nice table.Other than that couldn’t of asked for more the grassed area, patio space and the view over the field at sunset was enough to want to stay in every evening was absolutely beautiful!

We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay with our two children (aged 4 and 7), and we had an amazing time despite the weather not being the best.The caravan was in excellent condition—clean, well maintained, and well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was a real highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable.We do feel there could be more activities available for children. That said, we made great use of the swimming pool and went every day, which the kids loved. The changing rooms, however, were a bit cold and could do with a refresh.The pub staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.Overall, we had a lovely family holiday and would definitely consider returning.
