Private parking for 3 cars. . This semi-detached stone built barn conversion provides up-to-date accommodation, and has stunning views over the beautiful countryside. This holiday home has a large shared play area and the family’s two pigs Sally and Toni, and the ponies and chickens. Matlock Bath and the Heights of Abraham, Gullivers Kingdom and the Mining Museum are 5 miles away. Chatsworth House, set in 1,000 acres of gardens with fountains and waterfalls, is just 7 miles. Local pub 1 mile and restaurant 3 miles. During the summer months there is a brewery a short walk over the fields which hosts events, and takeways in the area also deliver.

Absolutely loved the farm setting it was great to watch the animals and enjoy the scenery. We all fell in love with the farm cat! The hosts were lovely and left some delicious welcome treats. The cottage/ barn conversion was very well appointed with everything we needed and a cosy log burner. Very comfy sofas, good TV and soft but comfy beds. Proper farm accom which was relaxed and cosy. Our children loved the play area which is much bigger than I expected. Cottage has a fabulous little outside space with expansive gorgeous views. Note car is needed as not much is in walking distance but easy to access local amenities by car. Thank you for a wonderful cosy winter break and cant wait to return in Spring/Summer.

We had such a lovely stay! The place was spotles, peaceful, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Its the kind of place where you can properly relax and unwind. Wed definitely love to come back again in the future, highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway!

Had a long weekend stay at Honeysuckle Cottage with friends and family and we were blown away with how beautiful the cottage was. Very homely, clean, warm and cozy feel with enough space for 6 of us to stay comfortable. location was spot on with a local pub down the road and Matlock approx 15 minute drive away for shops, supermarkets, restaurants. We were surprised one morning to see horses by the back garden fence which made breakfast enjoyable even more so and the free range eggs provided by the host from their own chicken coop was an extra nice touch too. The host are very nice kind people, willing to help anyway they can and easily contactable prior to the booking for any pre-booking queries. We all thought it was value for money based on our stay ans judging by some of the writings from the visitors guest book others felt the same too about their stay at the cottage. Would highly recommend a stay at this accommodation and look forward to revisiting again in the future.
