Guests say

Guests have had a delightful experience at the Matlock Maisonette, praising its cleanliness, stylish decor, and comprehensive amenities. The property's terrace with its stunning views and enchanting fairy lights has been highlighted as a highlight. The host, Rachel, is commended for her helpfulness. While parking can be challenging due to the steep hill, the location is appreciated for its proximity to local attractions and pubs.

The property is consistently described as 'spotlessly clean' and 'super clean', indicating a high standard of cleanliness that guests appreciate.

The location is praised for being close to the town centre and local pubs, though the mention of a steep hill and limited parking suggests minor inconveniences.

The maisonette is described as spacious and comfortable, with a relaxing veranda. However, a comment about a noisy bed suggests a slight deduction in comfort for some guests.

While the reviews mention the property being well-equipped and having lovely touches, there is a concern about the sturdiness of wall fittings, which prevents a full score.

Guests have noted and appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as small bottles of wine and brioche. However, it should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may not be provided on every occasion.
