Great place. Great as a base for exploring. Be aware of steps and parking. Ok for us but not for some.

Glorious location, fantastic walks from the cottage. Nice pub in village. Community shop in next village (walkable acros fields). Only drawback would be the steps up from the road and in the garden if you were not very mobile. Lovely and snug and warm.
