Our stay in the Spinning spa was wonderful, very up to date , and comfortable large double bed, all very clean, hot tub was tested twice a day ! Only used little monkeys, which was very enjoyable for my granddaughter, we did use the pub on site for a meal, which was lovely, the fault that there was not a choices available for a couple of our picky eaters, it was lovely the beef meal we had . The staff were very helpful the ones we came into contact we! The swimming pool was very clean. The gym was put to use again lots of machines to use ! It wasn’t busy as it was 4 days in January! Lots of good walks around the site .

The lodge was beautiful and very clean (Spinney Spa) The utility room is perfect for dogs, the fire and central heating were perfect and the bedrooms were modern and spacious. We did find the hot tub not really hot enough for a December day / evening and it is not controlled by the guests, this did spoil our holiday a little as it is something that we look forward to and we were cold on an evening sat in it. The location is great and the little interaction we had with staff was pleasant. We would visit again but I will ask that the temperature of the hot tub is set a little higher (not sure if it’s possible)

Whilst the lodges are lovely, they are overpriced in comparison to other competitors. The resturant is very basic , the food is ok but not fabulous , the staff at all the facilities are brilliant
