Both Bakewell and Matlock can be reached within a pleasant drive and make for great days out, whilst the traditional town of Chesterfield rests slightly further afield.

Beautifully presented. Better equipped than your own home. Don't let the thought of a second floor flat put you off this gem, you really won't notice the stairs

It has every ultra modern convenience and was spotlessly clean. It does indicate that there are quite a few stairs to negotiate so you have to be prepared for that !! That said we had a lovely holiday visiting Chatsworth and Bakewell
