Beautifully furnished throughout, the cottage provides light and spacious accommodation for friends and family to enjoy quality time together in lovely rural surroundings. The cottage is all on one level set against a woodland backdrop and with wide views across the valley. Entering the cottage into the dining room, you will straight away notice the quality and style of your surroundings. From here there is a well-equipped kitchen which opens out into the delightful sitting room with its cosy woodburning stove and French doors leading out to the sunny patio with far-reaching views.
Completing the accommodation are two welcoming bedrooms both with their own en-suite wet rooms. In warmer months you can take advantage of the front patio with its country views. The cottage also comes equipped with bike storage and a hose is available near the car parking area for washing down. Bryn Gwalia lodge sits in the Tanat Valley and is close to the magnificent Berwyn Mountains, ideal for walkers and sightseers. This area is great for walkers and for cyclists wanting hill climbing practice, but is also on the edge of Shropshire with its gentler countryside. Why not visit the stunning Llanrhaeadr Waterfalls, one of the seven wonders of Wales, which is only 7 miles away, or spend the day discovering the beautiful Lake Vyrnwy with its watersports and numerous woodland walks? There is also easy access to Lake Bala and the castles of Powis and Chirk.
Spend time in the Shropshire market town of Oswestry with its independent shops, cafes and restaurants or discover the delights of bustling Welshpool with its railways and canal side walks. A little further afield are Snowdonia's mountains to the west. This superb cottage is the ideal base for exploring this lovely uncrowded area.
