Guests consistently praise the property for its stunning location, high standard of cleanliness, and excellent facilities, including a hot tub and modern amenities. The property offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and is ideal for families and groups celebrating special occasions. The host's friendliness and attentiveness add to the positive experience, although some minor maintenance issues are noted.
The majority of guests found the property to be very clean, with only a few isolated comments about some kitchen items not being perfectly clean. The overall high standard of cleanliness contributes positively to the guests' experiences.
The location is highly praised for its tranquility, beautiful views, and rural setting. Guests appreciate the seclusion and the proximity to nature, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and a peaceful getaway.
Guests find the beds comfortable and the property spacious. However, some guests mention that the seating in the upstairs lounge is hard and uncomfortable, which slightly detracts from the overall comfort.
Facilities like the hot tub, underfloor heating, and en suite bathrooms are well-received. Nonetheless, there are comments about maintenance issues such as heating problems, shower drainage, and an oven not working, indicating room for improvement.
While guests mention thoughtful touches like dressing gowns and board games, there is no consistent reference to gifts or special extras provided by the host. Therefore, it is not possible to accurately score thoughtfulness based on the provision of gifts.

We also found it in very good condition. The check out time is quite early, I also found the owner difficult to contact when I had a question about the bbq and what fuel it uses. (In the end their was fuel provided for the bbq but I didnât know that and changed my plans around cooking) Overall though these are minor criticisms and I would recommend the property and stay there again.
Richard
Couldnât ask for a better place to stay for the weekend. Will definitely be back. Thanks
