Zanzibar Beach House is situated right on the seafront in St Leonards On Sea. Formerly the ground and first floor of an award-winning boutique hotel, the same level of luxury and attention-to-detail has gone into creating the wonderful and mesmerising 300msq Beach House. The boutique hotel atmosphere has been successfully retained in the 3 well-appointed ensuite bedrooms. The addition of a cosy lounge with a big screen TV, an adaptable dining area, good sized hot tub, BBQs (gas and charcoal) and a fully-equipped domestic kitchen now mean it is a fantastic holiday let for short breaks and family get-togethers. Netflix is available in all the rooms and there is an extensive DVD library for your use. Each of the bedrooms has been beautifully furnished to reflect a place around the globe; be transported to the relaxing zen of ‘Japan’, or enjoy the sea views of cool, minimal ‘Antarctica’, whereas ‘South America’ affords unbroken sea views from the free-standing bath and a small balcony over-looking the English Channel. On a clear day you can make out the coastline of France and if you’re lucky you might spot seals and porpoises frolicking in the shallows.
