Two super king-size doubles (twins by arrangement), one with en suite walk in shower and one with en suite bath with overhead shower both with underfloor heating. Modern, light and spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. Terrace with outdoor hot tub and quality garden furniture. Ideal for families, small groups or a romantic escape. No parking next to lodge. Please note: Not suitable for Guests with any limited mobility or walking difficulties due to sloping pathway from car park to Lodges.

Facilities
It is not necessary to book a slot if wanting to fish at the lakes as this can be done on the day and paid to the bailiff. However, there is now a fishing App in place where a guest can book called Gocatch.fish and any enquiries can be made via swanboroughfishinglakes.com. We no longer book fishing packages for guests as the lakes are a completely separate business from Swanborough Lakes.
Rod licence and equipment is required.
Please be aware although parking is close to the lodges there is a short walk/pathways to the accommodation.
The park only accepts dogs as a pet.

Please be aware there is a swipe of credit card (pre authorisation) or if by debit card a £250 security deposit. This will be payable on arrival or may be requested prior to arrival via phone (this will be refunded within 14 days).

Luxury BBQ Pack £45– at least 48 hours prior notice required - contains 2 handmade burgers, 6 Pork and Harveys Ale sausages, 6 free range chicken drumsticks, 2 pork chops, 2 sirloin steaks.
Deluxe BBQ Pack £75 - at least 48 hours prior notice required - contains 2 handmade burgers, 6 Pork and Harveys Ale sausages, 6 free range chicken drumsticks, 2 pork chops, 2 sirloin steaks, 4 brioche buns, Ouse Valley tomato, red pepper, and chilli relish, large bag of marshallows, marshamallow sticks for roasting, locally sourced charcoal, matches and firelighters.

Please note: The park will be carrying out some necessary tree surgery to a few of the trees on Friday the 12th of May 2023. The affected trees are on the outside border of the Lodge park between the park and the lakes. This will be happening sometime between the hours of 9-4pm. The Lodges were the perfect location for our getaway. Lodge was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we would need. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and there was lots of information provided about the surrounding area. The view from our lodge was fantastic too. We will definitely be back!!!!

A very serene environment nestled in the woodlands overlooking the lake.staff Caroline was very helpful and professional , mostly suitable for adults .There are no play grounds for children and the car park was a bit away from our lodge . A trolley was provided for ease of getting the luggage's into our lodge.The lodge was beautifully decorated and it's a home away from home . A lovely bottle of prosecco , bottle of fresh milk and a packet of biscuits was our welcome gift. Hot tub could have been better . Overall experience was good . Highly recommended. Thank you Caroline top front desk staff and a great hostess
