About this property

You think you know glamping, then think again. Badger forms part of an exceptional glamping retreat nearer Crowhurst in East Sussex and is the perfect destination for a family and friends getaway with a difference. If you like the great outdoors then you’ll love it here with Badger offering impressive accommodation inside and out. An open-plan Iiving space offers a surprisingly spacious and stylish interior with room for a sitting area, a dining area and kitchen as well as a sleek shower room. Combine this with chic furnishings and an attractive woodburning stove and you get an idea of just how warm and welcoming the ambience is.

Step outside onto the decking area and there is patio furniture designed for guests to make the most of the rural views and a fantastic wood fired hot tub, fire pit and barbecue, which all add up to create a fabulous outdoor area, just perfect for al fresco evenings. When you’ve finished star gazing and you’re ready for bed, choose from the ground-floor double bedroom or climb the ladder to the snug bedroom area which offers a wonderful sanctuary to rest weary heads after a busy day. Waking up in the morning is a dream at Badger with the sounds of nature all around and after an invigorating shower and refreshing coffee, it’s time to head out exploring.

Crowhurst is well worth a visit as well as attractions such as Combe Valley Countryside Park, Battle Abbey and Museum and Alexandra Park and towns such as Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne are all within driving distance. For a stylish holiday with a difference, book a break at Badger glamping retreat.

The charming, rural village of Croeslan quietly sits amidst beautiful Welsh countryside and offers a village store which incorporates an off licence and a Post Office, whilst providing great walking opportunities in the stunning, surrounding area. The castle and Wildlife Centre at Cilgerran are worth a visit, as are the nearby craft centres and museums and Llanerchaeron, a beautiful, nineteenth-century National Trust property, provides the perfect destination for a memorable day out. With the market towns of Newcastle Emlyn and Llandysul, known for its canoeing, both within easy reach and offering a good range of facilities and lovely New Quay and Cardigan Bay (famous for dolphin and seal watching) with its Blue Flag beaches and coast within easy driving distance, as well as a steam railway, paintballing and a dry ski slope all available locally, this great location has plenty to offer!
