The seaside town has much to offer visitors, including a range of shops and a large choice of eateries, from fashionable cafe-bars to cosy coffee shops and, of course, fish and chip shops. Further afield, the coastal towns of Hastings and Eastbourne are within respective 15 minute and 30-minute drives away.

Steps lead up to the front door of this seafront property and the feeling of spaciousness and light immediately hits you. On the second floor you will discover the double-aspect master bedroom, with its superb sea views which can be enjoyed from your king-size bed. The bathroom on this floor has a shower over the bath.

To the rear of the property, accessed through the kitchen, is a small courtyard garden with table and chairs for two.
