This seaside style property is located on a quiet development in the seaside resort of Camber Sands. Camber is one of the South East’s most popular seaside locations and rightfully so, as it has so much to offer. Unlike most of the beaches in the area, Camber offers a huge expanse of golden sand making it popular with families. If sandcastles aren’t your thing, why not try your hand at some of the water sports on offer, or perhaps even kite-buggying? For those looking for a change of scenery, the historic town of Rye with its many restaurants, bars and independent shops is within a 15 minute drive of the property.
Enter this stylish property through the entrance hall, which brings you to the bright, contemporary lounge, which has a large sofa, chairs and plenty to entertain guests, including TV, DVD player, iPod dock and games console with games. The open-plan kitchen/dining room is next door to the lounge and has everything you need, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee table and washer/dryer. The dining table comfortably seats six and is next to French doors which open out onto the garden. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite shower. The second bedroom features a double bed whilst the third bedroom is a single, however both rooms have a chest of drawers and valet stand.
