The location of the cottage was ideal with the added bonus of parking. If the breathing problem had existed we would have had a fantastic time and spent more time in the house.

The cottage was very warm and cosy. Everything we needed, comfortable beds, good kitchen with all the equipment required, good bathroom and handy toilet on the top floor, comfortable living areas with great sofas and TV. Close to the town of Rye.

Perfect location, only a 2 minute walk from the centre of town, with a reserved car parking space outside the property if you're driving, and only a 5 minute walk from the Rye train station. Communication with the owner was second to none - they even arranged balloons and flowers for our arrival as a birthday surprise for my mother's 60th. The property itself was clean, spacious and had all the facilities to cook, clean, sit by the fire, watch the TV and eat at the dinner table. I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a stay in Rye.
