Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. This could affect the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of takeaway options, supermarket and laundrette services they will remain available.

Your car and other vehicles. You should comply with speed limits, parking and traffic regulations on park. We try to provide parking next to or near your holiday home but we can’t guarantee this, please ask at time of booking. Vehicles are brought into the holiday park at your risk and we are not responsible for loss or damage to these except where it is caused by our negligence or fault. Quad bikes, segways, hoverboards, electric scooters and similar, pickup and any commercial or working vehicles including large vans aren’t allowed on park. Commercial vehicles will be turned away from the park and in this event no refund will be given.

Cans and rubbish were found underneath one of the single beds when we arrived.One of the single beds has a slat missing. This was Repaired whilst we were on site. Main bedroom door wouldn't shut - door is too big for the frame. We had to wedge it shut with a suitcase! Repaired whilst on site. This was fixed while we were on site. En-suite shower drain was blocked. This was fixed whilst we were on site. Coffee table in the lounge is very worn at the edges and the edges are sharp.Edge of work surface in the kitchen is chipped at the edges.Cooker oven knob markers have worn off. You cannot tell how to set the temperature when you put the oven on.Towels are way too small for adults. They do not go around a normal sized body!There were 12 towels provided. 6 of these had stains on. We took them to reception and they did replace them. Second bathroom blind did not work. It was down and could not be wound back up. Second bathroom shower door sticks so it didn't close properly.Dent in one of the smaller bedroom doors.Outside - there is a table and chairs for 4. The Lodge takes 6. We are 6. The main fridge has broken shelves and door shelves. They have provided a second fridge so this was not a problem. There is a dishwasher but as there are only 6 of each piece of crockery and we were a party of six, the dishwasher was only half full after each meal! There were three screws standing proud on the carpet gripper. One of our party caught their sock on one of them and ripped a hole in it! We had a screwdriver so did try to screw these down. But we had to take them out for safety. Patio door did not close properly or lock. We did ask for it to be repaired. A site engineer attended but could not fix it. We were left for the whole week with an unlocked door! Washing machine was provided but when used, shock the whole lodge building. No bath mat provided, no toilet rolls, no washing up liquid, no washing up cloths, no oven gloves and no tea towels! I tried to complain to Hoseasons and was told it was not their issue. Of Parmesan say this was a luxury lodge, then they take that as gospel. It is a dog friendly site, but dogs were not allowed in the restaurant or entertainment venue. So one of our party had to stay in the lodge with the dog whilst the rest of us eat or played.
