The large kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an alcove with kitchen table and seating for six. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with a king-size bed and views across the fields, the other with a single bed which is located down two steps off the kitchen with views to the pond. The main bathroom is on this floor too, with a shower over the bath. Steep winding stairs lead to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms. One has a single bed and views to the pond, whilst the other can be made up as either two twin beds or a double; this room has its own TV with DVD player and an en-suite bathroom with hand-held shower over bath.
