All cleaning and laundry is done by the owner to ensure every guest has the same experience.

The Coach House - is a individual property for the sole use of the guest, there are no sharing areas, it is a detached property set in a quiet area on the outskirts of Basingstoke close to the village of Sherfield on Loddon and a short walk to a pub. It is a 10-minute walk, or 2 minute drive to Chineham Business Park. There is a courtyard and one allocated parking space. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge and freezer and a washing machine, dryer with a separate dining area. In the lounge is a new 43-inch TV with Freeview. The bathroom has a shower and a bath and downstairs is a study with access to the Courtyard.
