Hill Head Beach, just a short stroll from Baytree Cottage, is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, offering great conditions for sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. History buffs may find it fascinating that Hill Head was a pivotal loading zone during the wwii D-Day invasion. Today, the beach exudes peace, inviting visitors to relax by the shore and watch the boats navigating the Solent.

Well equipped cottage in perfect position for walks along the seafront. Comfortable chairs & beds, excellent shower. Parking space the only downside as very awkwardly sited; easier to park in nearby road.

A super cottage, in a great situation, close to the banks of the Solent. An easy level walking promenade nearby to walk along as one watches cruise liners, cargo ships, ferries, yatchs, wind surfers, swimmers and fossil hunters make use of and enjoy the Solent. Nearby Portsmouth has an amazing Naval History Museum well worth a visit.
