Lovely accommodation. Everything you need. Very clean and comfortable - especially the bed - Didn’t want to get out of it!! Is decorated superbly. Great location - right opposite the beach. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely break in Kota. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The host Kate was very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of walking from the door and the whole area was great, particularly exploring the east and west of Hayling Island which were more rural with views across to Chichester or Portsmouth. The kitchen was lovely, bright and airy. We were spoilt with fantastic weather.
