We have been staying at the apartment twice a year for several years. It is convenient for what we like to do and have everything we need.The view of the sea is perfect whatever the weather. If we don't want to drive the bus stop is a minute's walk from the door and the service to Havant is regular. We can stroll along a surfaced path both ways. There are places to eat within easy reach.

Lovely well equipped flat in block on seafront with very comfy beds. The beach is not easily accessible for young children or the elderly as steep drop down shingle made it difficult to navigate. Not much sand mainly shingle. Bus stop right outside the flats so easy links to Havant, Portsmouth and Chichester as well as around Hayling Island itself. Good Park and Ride in Portsmouth too. Lots to see and do, especially in Portsmouth. Took ferry from Portsmouth over to Isle of Wight for the day which was lovely. The nature reserve on Hayling Island is well worth a visit. We joined the trail by the main bridge. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and well equipped ground floor flat, with a sea view and a 30 yard walk to the pebble beach and the coastal path. The flat is tastefully decorated and in good condition.
