We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the folly is and the secret loft hatch up to the tower roof was brilliant. The sofa is so comfortable as is the bed. We didnât see the owners as they were away, however the neighbour was helpful as was the gardener. We recommend the village shop, The Stores, and The Forge tea room. There are plenty of sites to visit depending on your likes

The inside is comfortable and well equipped and the view from the top is just beautiful. We had a very relaxed stay and enjoyed a lovely walk to the vineyard where we had a wine tasting, a meal in a friendly local pub, The Vine and breakfast in the delightful Old Forge Tea Room. Please don't go if you have mobility issues, but otherwise put it on your bucket list!!
