Just a short stroll from the pebbled beach at Milford on Sea, Columbia House offers far reaching views across The Solent towards the Isle of Wight and The Needles beyond. Milford on Sea is a pretty coastal village with an array of independent shops, cafes and pubs centred around the village green. With its own wine bar, micro-brewery and renowned restaurants this vibrant spot has plenty to tempt you during your stay.
The New Forest National Park, with it’s free-roaming ponies, is just a short drive away, as is the Georgian market town of Lymington. From here, you can catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight for an exciting day out, perhaps to visit The Needles themselves! Other local attractions include Hurst Castle and the Lymington-Keyhaven Nature Reserve which can be explored on foot or by bike along the Solent Way. Breath-taking cliff top walks with spectacular views, great beaches and thriving wildlife make this a perfect holiday base.
