Stairs from the balcony lead down to a sunny, private garden with a gate that opens onto heathland giving direct access to the pebble beach below. The coastal path is excellent for walking along the Solent Way between Christchurch and Lymington.
The village centre is just a 10 minute walk downhill with many popular restaurants, convenience stores, pubs and cafes.
