Step out of the door and you are in a large sunny garden that is encouraged to act as a wildlife haven for both animal and plant life and makes a great spot for summer al fresco dining. The cottage is cosy and welcoming and is the owners' long standing holiday home. There are some lovely country walks from the property (Florence Nightingale is buried in the little local churchyard) and both open forest and the historic cathedral city of Salisbury are within fifteen to twenty minutes' drive.
