The property manager, Phil, is consistently commended for his helpfulness. While the property's comfort and luxury are noted, some guests suggest updates to furnishings and a deeper clean to enhance the experience.
Cleanliness has received mixed feedback. Several guests found the property clean and tidy, while others reported issues with mould, unclean kitchenware, and general upkeep. The property seems to require a more consistent cleaning standard.
The location is highly praised for its beauty and convenience, with easy access to local towns and attractions. The unique historical aspect and the surrounding park add to the appeal, making it a standout feature.
Comfort is generally appreciated, especially the en-suite bedrooms and the property's spaciousness. However, several guests have mentioned that the sofas and mattresses could be more comfortable, suggesting they may need updating.
Facilities are well-regarded, with the property being described as well-equipped and luxurious. Nonetheless, there are mentions of maintenance issues such as broken appliances and the need for a deep clean, indicating room for improvement.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Cleanliness was an issue and cleaning products were not available, lounge furniture and mattresses need replacing, pots and pans need sorting and adding to, glasses were a missmatch, wet room floors were lethal, hair dryers and lights in bathroom mirrors were broken.. All ground floor flooring creaked loudly. This all spoilt the experience of what was a unique, interesting and historical site
