Inside you'll find ample space with spacious living areas and plenty of natural light, creating a truly tranquil atmosphere, a unique waterfront retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Step inside your temporary home and be welcomed by a spacious kitchen/diner, complete with eye-level ovens and a dining table for eight - perfect for gathering around for some delicious home-cooked meals. Continue through to the sitting room, where you can sink into the ample seating and enjoy the warmth of the woodburning stove, or open the 12ft bifold doors to the deck and look out for array of birds in the garden; you might even spot wading birds when the tide is low! Ryde, fondly known as "The Gateway to the Island", is the largest town on the Isle of Wight and became popular as a holiday destination in the 1820s. Today, the regular ferry, catamaran and hovercraft services make this lovely resort accessible for all. There’s so much to see and do, catering for all ages and interests within the town and local area including a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the 6 miles of super, gently sloping sandy beaches are ideal for bathing. Along the esplanade there are bowling greens, tenpin bowling, putting greens and children’s rides as well as a boating lake and paddling pool. With many other attractions within easy reach, Ryde provides a superb base for touring this picturesque island.

The drive is very steep which is hard for disabled people like myself to walk up. The property is comfortable it is ideally situated with everything you need a drive or bus ride away i.e. Supermarkets, nearby towns, beaches, restaurants and attractions.

Perfect location and very well equipped. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful views and great fun paddleboarding and crabbing from the garden. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children aged 10, 12 and 15. We all had a wonderful time and the children have already asked to book again! Thank you for a super holiday.
