Has everything you need and good location. The bedding was a bit bobbly but otherwise clean and tidy. Hot tub was a real bonus.

A very lovely lodge in nice surroundings. The Mermaid Gin distillery and pub on the door step with good food and drink. Canât wait to come back. I would highly recommend this place. Mrs T Mitchell.

'Claret' was very comfortable, well equipped & provided an excellent base for us to explore the IOW. The welcome groceries (milk, bottled water, tea/coffee biscuits & cruet)were appreciated. The hot tub was an excellent facility to relax in at the end of tge day & the convenience of having the Mermaid Bar on our doorstep was an added bonus. Mel & Jon were efficient & welcoming & provide an excellent customer service.
