Please note: There is an internal step. The beach is accessed by crossing the owners grounds and there is a sloping bank in the garden and stairs down to the beach, 200 yards away.. Situated along a private road, a warm island welcome awaits you at The Coach House. Surrounded by woodland and coastline, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, and are highly likely to spot one of the islands famous red squirrels, as well as other wildlife from within the grounds. Beautifully presented with a comfortable and stylish interior, boasting contemporary furnishings, this semi-detached property can sleep up to six people and has been purposely designed with families and groups in mind. It offers a spacious super kingsize bedroom (can be twin beds on request) with an en-suite shower room on the ground floor for a comfortable stay for lesser able guests. The property also features a number of modern comforts, such as Smart TV’s in all of the bedrooms, which are connected to a Netflix Premium account, as well as a PlayStation 4 Pro in the living room with a selection of games to enjoy.
The grounds of the property offer fantastic views across the Solent to Portsmouth and there’s an elevated, private Jacuzzi hot tub for 6, with a covered roof for you to relax in after a busy day discovering the Isle of Wight. From the beach you can spot the landmark Spinnaker Tower, which forms an impressive backdrop to a busy shipping channel that carries an interesting array of freight, passenger and military ships. Guests can enjoy a spot of fishing on the beach, 200 yards away. A short distance away is the seaside town of Ryde with its good selection of individual shops, restaurants, bars, tea rooms and large sandy beach. Along the promenade you will find lots to do with tennis courts, tenpin bowling, a fun fair, canoeing and a swimming pool all available. Within easy reach there is Osborne House, Quarr Abbey, Carisbrooke Castle, Amazon World, Robin Hill Adventure Park and world famous yachting at Cowes. The Isle of Wight is renowned for having a warm, sunny climate, and there are plenty of tourist attractions you can enjoy in the sun. Discover quaint villages, indulge in cream teas, enjoy local produce such as garlic at The Garlic Farm, adventure parks, museums, zoo, donkey sanctuary, wildlife centres, pearl factory, The Needles, traditional pottery, vineyards, steam railway, pretty coves and much more. There are many outdoor pursuits on the island as well including horse riding, fishing, cycling, paragliding, water sports and golf. A superb house with everything you need and more for a fantastic weeks holiday. Watch the red squirrels whilst relaxing in the hot tub, stroll down to the private beach and watch the sunset. Amazing hosts and a beautiful clean house. Can’t praise this enough

This was our second stay at The Coach House and it was as lovely as we remembered.Set in a beautiful quiet location with views of the sea. Every luxury you could want on a holiday has been included both inside and out. The hot tub is a very nice addition!There is plenty to do on the Isle of Wight, Osborne House is a must.Our thanks to the owners Lynn & David who are very helpful and discreet
