Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the written description and photos. Some of the window catches were difficult to work and need attention before they seize up.What a pity there is no fenced outside space, but that is clear from the photos.The access to the park and finding the Lodge needs rewriting in the details. (The postcode is no help as it points to the centre of the park.)The only car access is from Perowne Way, Sandown, almost opposite the mini market and very near the bus stops. (Only pedestrian access from The Fairway/Golf Links Road.)To find pitch H25 I would suggest " Go straight on from the entrance in Perowne Way, past the on site pool and pub on your right and reception on your left. H is the last row on the left, immediately before a car park and Flip Flop is the third lodge in"

The beds and seating were comfortable, although the bedding for the double bed was poor quality. One blind in the lounge was broken and could not be opened. A blind was absent at the kitchen window so there was a lack of privacy. The hot water was inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes lukewarm. Although superficially clean, the caravan is old and requires a deep clean/refurbishment. The description of the caravan listed as having a smart TV, however this was not the case as there was no internet.

Overall cleanliness good, but things like light in lounge over fireplace thick with dirt and also did not work. No instructions for the fire in lounge so did not use it. No blind or curtains in the kitchen, so felt as though we did not have any privacy. Loved the layout of the lodge very cosy and homely. Beds very comfy. Overall had a great ho.iday with our grandson.
