This was our 3rd stay at Lapwing, lovely house all you could need for a holiday home. Yarmouth is a great place. Only gave a 2 star for cleanliness as the floor in downstairs bathroom was very dirty, don't think it was cleaned at all, I used two floor wipes on it & they were black also all skirting boards were dirty. Having said that its a lovely house.
