This is our second stay at Fig cottage, we’ve now experienced Summer and Winter and had totally different trips with regards to the seasons, both lovely in their own ways but in terms of relaxation it really is a gem of a place for us personally to be able to come and switch off and rest but also be close by to lots of places we enjoy visiting, this time however we spent a lot of time at the cottage just wintering and enjoying log fires and puzzles etc. Hester and her family are lovely hosts and really make you feel welcome and are happy to help with anything. Hester provides a lovely welcome package that is always very much appreciated.
