We stayed as a group of 6 for an early Christmas break. Host was absolutely fantastic in the lead up to the trip. She very kindly decorated the cottage early for Christmas and it was beautiful! Really good communication throughout the weekend without being intrusive. The cottage was perfect for a group trip! Plenty of space in the bedrooms which were all super comfortable and clean. We used the kitchen for games and breakfast whilst we used the dining table in the leaving room for a more formal dinner. The sofa is huge so was great for us all to sit and socialise together. It was so cosy with the fire on and the fairy lights! Overall this was a fantastic stay in a beautiful, spacious cottage with a fantastic host. Village is beautiful with a lovely pub just across the road. We would all really recommend Rose Cottage, especially for groups and families that want to socialise whilst having their own space. 10/10!!Tip - We did a tour and wine tasting at Woodchurch Vineyard which wasn’t too far away. Owner was a fantastic tour guide, wine and food was outstanding. Great activity followed by a nap and Christmas movie in front of the fire on the huge sofa at Rose Cottage!

Holiday owner very helpful. Cottage was lovely and full of character. Only downside was being so close to shop, we were woken early by deliveries.
