Wow! What can I say. We absolutely loved our stay at yew tree farm! The house is so beautiful and so well equipped for all of your needs! (We were a hen party) The bar, hot tub, spacious kitchen and huge baths were particularly amazing! We would love to stay here again one day! Thank you Michelle! X

A large and beautiful property. Good location to explore the Kent countryside and coastal areas. Unfortunately the house was very run down and poorly maintained. Very old and damaged fixtures, fittings and furniture. The house was extremely dusty, excesively cluttered and musty/damp smelling, with signs of water damage. Many things were broken such as lampshades and the outside egg chair. Most windows were sealed shut so it was difficult to get air into the property. The kitchen was poorly stocked and disorganised with random and often broken utensils. Only two of five hobs in working order. No clear instructions for how to use appliances including the hot tub which had low jet power. Of the four bathrooms, only two had showers, but showering was very difficult due to excesively small cubicles and low shower heads, water temperature was also a problem. I do not recommend the house for young children or elderly guests, the stairs were dangerous (steep and insecure handrail).
