The flat had only recently been refurbished so everything was brand new. Very clean and comfortable, although I would say the beds are on the soft side but I prefer a firmer mattress. The flat is in a good location for sightseeing in Canterbury and travelling further afield. The car parking space is a great addition and is spacious and secure. The building itself if very intriguing and the chance to stay in a historical building like this is very rare and made our stay quite special. The concierge was very welcoming and helpful and on hand for any queries. She made the experience of checking in and leaving seamless and straightforward. There is some noise from the High Street but nothing you would't expect from a busy tourist destination. The view from the building to the river and old buildings was lovely, especially when lit up at night. An excellent place to stay to enjoy visiting Canterbury.
