Kick off your shoes in the porch and find a well-equipped kitchen to unpack your self-catering essentials; utilise the gas oven and hob to whip up tasty meals, whilst sandy towels and bathing suits can be chucked into the handy washing machine ready for another beach day!

Dine in the adjoining, bright and airy conservatory overlooking pleasant fields and farmland just beyond the garden, with seating for six people to enjoy a meal together, along with a study area for a quieter spot to catch up on emails. Open the French doors to let the outside in on warmer evenings, or why not dine alfresco on the patio with outdoor seating? Your dog is welcome to wander the garden and stretch their legs but be aware of the farm animals that often come right up to the fence! Head into Whitstable to taste locally sourced seafood at The Lobster Shack along the town's bustling harbour, marvel at Whitstable Castle & Gardens, or enjoy coffee and ice cream along Whitstable's shingle Beach Front; the seaside town is a haven for watersports enthusiasts, alongside plenty of annual festivals and events, including the Oyster Festival in July and exhibitions by local artists in the local museum and art gallery.
