Very disappointed with the garden it was not suitable for my grandchildren to play in it had rubbish over grown brambles it needs a good tidy .it would of been nice to eat outside and enjoy the hot tub .The kitchen was well equipped .my shower we had to clean the shower trap as full of hair to stop the tray over flowing .The bins were full we had to do that also on arrival .Who ever was to clean the property between visitors should check this .My grandchildren loved the games room and the cinema room .The whole property needs a revamp it was a lot of money to pay for 4 days .

Plenty of room for our gang of 6 adults and four children! Kitchen very well equipped, all the utensils you could need. Cinema room a real hit with youngsters.Comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Small plumbing problem in two of the bathrooms, but reported it and promptly sorted.Large garden and of course the hot tub, enjoyed by all!To round up, a comfortable, homely house that met all our needs.

Great location house for 12 of us great was looking to rebook next year but price has jumped 😳 🤔 had problem with a curtain that fell off but bit of DIY should sort
