Chalet 58 - The Beach House. The Beach House is a delightful chalet situated in the coastal village of Kingsdown, Kent, offering captivating sea views from the property. Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by the open-plan living/dining room, which is undoubtedly the heart of the home. Here you can unwind on the plush seating and enjoy your favourite shows on the large screen smart TV, or perhaps a movie on the DVD player.
There is a small selection of DVDs, board games and books in the lounge area. The dining area seats six adults, making it the perfect spot for a family meal or a board game night. There is a ground-floor double bedroom with sea views, perfect for those who prefer fewer stairs. Adjacent to this is a stylish shower room, complete with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail, ensuring a warm and inviting experience after a day of coastal exploration. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare delightful meals, from a hearty breakfast to start your day to a sumptuous dinner to end it.
As you ascend to the first floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed, as well as a twin room with sea views, both offering a serene retreat after a busy day. A convenient cloakroom with a basin and WC is also located on the first floor. Outside, the rear decking area provides a wonderful shaded space for alfresco dining or simply relaxing with a good book. Complete with furniture and a barbecue, it's the perfect spot for a summer cookout as you soak up the calm surroundings. Immerse yourself in local heritage with a trip to Walmer Castle and Gardens, explore the historic Deal Castle, or discover rural tranquillity at the Kearsney Abbey Gardens.

Kingsdown is a quiet Kent village with its own shingle beach with a path over the cliff to St Margarets Bay. The village offers three pubs serving food, a local butcher with delicatessen, a general store, Post Office and hairdresser. The village is situated at the northern end of the famous White Cliffs of Dover, with the beaches and cliffs around Kingsdown part of the Site of Special Scientific Interest that stretches south to Folkestone. Close by are the coastal towns of Deal, Dover and Broadstairs, offering the visitor castles, museums, heritage, history and quaint tea room. Deal has a pier, two weekly markets and the farmers’ market on Wednesdays is particularly popular with local residents. Inland, Canterbury offers a popular day out, with its cathedral, Roman remains and excellent shopping centre. With a promenade and cliff top walks, scenic cycle rides, golf courses and breathtaking views from the shore, this part of Kent is a perfect location for holidays at any time of year.

Pets are Not allowed at this chalet or on the holiday park at all.
Rear private decking area with garden furniture and barbecue, this is a lovely shaded decked area which has nice Sea Views.
Bedroom 1: Ground-floor double with sea views and access to the rear decking area, this bedroom is ideal for persons less mobile and is the closest bedroom to the main bathroom.
Bedroom 2: First-floor double with park views, this is the largest bedroom and access is via the stairs which may not be suitable for all persons as they are quite steep.
