A lovely bungalow and a great location for the beach. The bungalow is well equipped and the furniture / beds are comfortable. It’s in a very quiet residential location, but within easy walk (5 mins) to a grocery store, cafe and fish n chip shop. You can walk into town (about a mile) for more pubs/restaurants. We enjoyed a great roast dinner at Christie’s wine bar. The beach (about 5 min walk away) is sandy and shallow, ideal for walking the dog in winter months (May to Sept dogs are not allowed on the beach). Would definitely stay there again.

A lovely cottage within a few minutes walk to the sea. Lovely bed linen and towels and a yummy welcome basket with cake, biscuits and snacks. There are several cafes and a pub less than 10 minutes walk, all of which were different friendly and a convenience store just at the top of the road. The trainline runs along the back of the garden but it's not a busy line so it wasn't an issue for us or our dog who enjoyed the fully enclosed garden. We will definitely be back again and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

A lovely little gem of a property in Kent. The accomadation fulfils the needs. The garden is a sunhot spot and great size and with furniture. Some of which could do with some TLC. All able to use still. Great comfortable beds and other furnishings. Ideal location to Mims bay, few minutes walk. Quiet location. Lovely to watch the trains go past the end of the garden. Only thing needed more cutlery. If looking at Kent a must to book.
