Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed rear garden with courtyard, patio and garden furniture. Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This lovely, one-bedroom annexe is attached to the owner’s home and has been furnished and decorated accordingly to a very high standard! The property has a good-sized double bedroom with a very swanky brand new bathroom with a great multi-spray power shower. The open plan living space is ideal for two people along with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private rear garden with patio area to sit quietly and enjoy a coffee before heading to the beach or town. You also have a shared front garden again with seating area, which looks towards the lovely woodland opposite the house.
The property is close to many places such as Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Whitstable and about 30 minutes’ drive from Dover. Sam’s Snug is ideally located for a fabulous holiday or for a short break stay. Designed with comfort in mind and a bit of personality, each room will make your stay at Sam’s Snug easy and comfortable. Small and cosy lounge/kitchen with a 2 seater sofa. Owners very friendly and Nicola left us a homemade loaf, eggs, butter, milk & tomatoes. Good sized modern bathroom and comfy bedroom. Tastefully decorated throughout. Good central position for picking up bus for visiting Whitstable, Canterbury, Margate, Broadstairs. Mainly unmanned Train station about a mile away. Nearby pub restaurants and great Sunday lunch at Christie’s. Our only problem was the convection microwave as it was built in under work surface and we had to get down on our knees to use it. Very small back garden area which unfortunately had ant problem and front garden had a bench but was exposed to a dog walking route.

W e were welcomed by Nicola with a lovely home made loaf and some butter and milk. The snug was small by very cosy with everything at hand that was needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely surroundings.
