This lovely, one-bedroom annexe is attached to the owner’s home and has been furnished and decorated accordingly to a very high standard! The property has a good-sized double bedroom with a very swanky brand new bathroom with a great multi-spray power shower. The open plan living space is ideal for two people along with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private rear garden with patio area to sit quietly and enjoy a coffee before heading to the beach or town. You also have a shared front garden again with seating area, which looks towards the lovely woodland opposite the house.
The property is close to many places such as Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Whitstable and about 30 minutes’ drive from Dover. Sam’s Snug is ideally located for a fabulous holiday or for a short break stay. Designed with comfort in mind and a bit of personality, each room will make your stay at Sam’s Snug easy and comfortable. Mein Hund und ich waren eine Woche im November hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten von her aus verschiedene Strände und Städte gut erreichen. Die Gastgeber wie auch alle anderen Menschen denen wir begegneten waren sehr offen und hundefreundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Such a peaceful, welcoming and comfortable hideaway holiday home! I treasured the front and back patio spaces, as did my tiny min pin, Olive. The front runs alongside a footpath, which you cross directly into a beautiful little wood, at the end of which lies a meadow and playing field. It really is a unique location. The calm, tasteful furnishings and excellent appliances make Sam's Snug my absolute favourite holiday getaway. I drove 5 minutes every morning to the wonderful Minnis Beach, with its golden sands, beach huts, promenade and grassy cliff path. Perfect.
