In an idyllic rural setting on an 18-acre smallholding and adjacent to the farmhouse this holiday cottage has been decorated and furnished to a high standard.
The farm has cattle, sheep and hens with footpaths on the doorstep to explore the glorious surrounding countryside. Day passes for fishing (trout) can be arranged by the owner. The royal spa town of Tunbridge Wells is under 5 miles. Visit Brenchley Wood Nature Reserve, Sissinghurst, National Trust castles including Bodiam. Discover award-winning wines at the local vineyards. The nearest coast is about 40 minutes at Hastings. The station at Paddock Wood provides a 50-minute train service to London. Shop and pub 1½ miles.

Had a wonderful stay at Cox cottage. Incredibly comfortable and in a beautiful location, the cottage is well equipped and great that both bedrooms are en-suite. Simon and Lesley gave a warm welcome and we’d definitely recommend ordering the meals they can provide! There’s plenty to do in the area too. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage is very well equipped and maintained to a high standard by the owners. It is in a great location for visiting a number of lovely National Trust properties. The cottage has two lovely bedrooms both with an en suite bathroom so it is perfect for two couples or a family. The owners Simon and Leslie provide a very warm welcome to their farm and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
