A true gem of a cottage to stay in, very quirky and characterful. We were a family of 6 that stayed and 2 dogs. The village is lovely with some lovely pubs, kids park and walks. We went to The Sun Inn for tea which was really good food and the brewery for breakfast. Lovely to watch the horses coming past to deliver the beer to the pubs! Not far from Jeremy Clarksons farm and definitely worth booking the Lido at Chipping Norton. My only slight problem was as we attended in the summer there was no real outdoor lighting for when we sat out in the evenings other than the security light at the back door it would have been nice to have some outdoor lights but it definitely didn’t ruin our stay. Would definitely book again 😊

A lovely cottage..!We were three couples and stayed over a scorching hot BH weekend. The cottage is well presented and the kitchen is provied with all the kit and tools you would need for a stay. Even the knives were sharp..!The beds were comfortable and the garden was perfect for chilling in - complete with a BBQ (just bring your own charcoal). The Pear Tree is a lovely pub and a tour of the brewery is a must..!

A short but lovely break At The Old Sweet Shop. Jo left an amazing and generous number of lovely treats to greet us on arrival. A lovely old cottage. Hook Norton itself is beautiful and has two very nice and friendly pubs. I would recommend lunch at The Sun Inn. A great location to see the Cotswolds.
